"I had insurance somewhere else and for a long time. They quoted a $100 less per month. I asked to verify coverages on everything and they said yes. So I switched and thought it was nice to have a local person. The staff seemed nice, Jason was pushy from the start, but I figured it to be a normal thing for insurance agents. When it came to paying for a claim, I was misinformed by what type of deductible it would be. Felt like the staff didn't know what they were saying. When it came to renter policy, their policy didn't meet the requirements when I thought it was good the whole time. It was just adding additional interest. Then, when my car was totalled, State Farm did come through. I used that value to get a new car from carvana. It was new to me, I had Jason's office add the new vehicle and take the old one, the premium went down. I thought that was cool. I had a back and forth with the landlord about the renter policy having it specifically say additional interest, I showed Jason the emails so he can see what they're saying. He called my apartment managers office and had a chat. My apartment manager called me and told me how rude he was and they can't believe how difficult it was for him when everyone else did it no problem. So I took it as a sign to leave his office and go back to my former carrier for my needs. Doesn't stop there. A couple days later I called carvana to see if they needed anything from me and where to get registration papers. They had told me that the auto policy from state farm only had liability on it, when I mentioned from the beginning full coverage. When I switched vehicle I said same coverage. His office staff explained to me at the beginning that comprehensive deductible on one vehicle covers both. They didn't sound right but it's not my job, so I left it at that. So, I figured out I was lied to and felt like I was taken advantage of. I currently have a 529 plan, which I am looking to switch because I Don't know if I can trust that or not for my kid."
